A lovely, high-quality countryside hotel with a lot of character. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the rooms felt both cosy and stylish.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. You really feel that the hotel is run with care and genuine hospitality, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
The location is very quiet and peaceful, although it is some distance from the city — whether this is a plus or a minus really depends on what you are looking for.
The hotel and the building itself have a wonderful, authentic German character and atmosphere. It feels traditional, solid and very well cared for.
The only thing to keep in mind is that breakfast is unfortunately not always available.
