Excellent location in the Old Town, which made it very convenient to explore Zadar on foot.
The apartment is small but well designed and functional.
Overall, the stay was okay and the location is definitely the biggest advantage of this property.
Unfortunately, the apartment needs more attention when it comes to cleanliness, maintenance and replacing damaged items. There was quite a lot of mould in the bathroom, as shown in the attached photos. One of the chairs had a damaged seat and the bed headboard was also visibly worn and damaged.
The kitchen was missing some basic items and amenities, such as tea, coffee, sugar and a chopping board. In my opinion, these are simple things that should be provided in a rental apartment nowadays.
I understand that when staying in a city like Zadar, guests spend most of their time outside the apartment. I am not expecting luxury, but I do expect a clean and comfortable place to stay, with basic amenities and properly maintained furniture.
The location is excellent and the apartment has potential, but the visible issues should be addressed and repaired on a regular basis to ensure a comfortable stay for future guests.

Na krótki wyjazd kiedy ktoś chce się tylko przespać ok
Tv w sypialni nie działał (wcześniejsza opinia też wskazywała na ten problem więc nie zostało to naprawione pomimo zgłoszenia);
Brak Netflix lub innej aplikacji (było oznaczone w opisie, ale tv są za stare aby była to wbudowana aplikacja);
Słabo działająca klimatyzacja w sypialni (ta w pokoju dziennym ok);
Brudna kanapa w salonie (poplamiona i śmierdząca);
Słabo działające WiFi;
Brak kawy/ herbaty (nie było w opisie)
Brak kosmetyków w łazience (nie było w opisie)
Czystość nie była na najwyższym poziomie a meble były zużyte.
