The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The sea view from the balcony was beautiful and made every morning special. The fully equipped kitchen had everything needed for a convenient stay, and the large living space provided plenty of room to relax. The host was attentive, responsive, and always willing to help. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a wonderful view.
Parking is paid, but considering how difficult parking can be in Batumi, especially during the season, it is still a useful option. Free street parking may also be available if you find an open spot.

My spouse and I spent a wonderful few spring days here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are already planning to return in the summer.
The apartment is in a perfect location, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.
The hosts are exceptionally welcoming, responsive, and genuinely care about their guests.
Considering the quality, comfort, and service provided, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Batumi.
If you’re considering Orbi City, this is the smarter choice — for only about 10 GEL more, you get significantly better accommodation and service that truly feels like a 5-star experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
