Property was comfortable, nice bed
The jacuzzi is NOT part of the initial price and I feel like this is intentional and dishonest from the hosts. You only find this out AFTER completing the booking and going through a separate app. Also had issues with the door not opening and waiting over 15 mins just to get in.

It was clean and tidy. The apartment is nice and is equipped with almost everything you need for a short or long stay.
There is a major lack of transparency from the owners with respect to prices and facilities. The jacuzzi which is advertised in the title of the post is an additional cost which is not displayed in the booking listing (30 euros per night and no option to purchase for just one night so if you’re staying a week you’ll pay 210€ which is a bit crazy). The “late checkout” buys you only one additional hour for 15 euros, and there is no option to see this before you buy it or book it on Booking.com. In addition to all of this you find out AFTER you book the apartment that in addition to paying for the jacuzzi, it is also under CAMERA SURVEILLANCE and of course if you cover the camera you lose your 200 euros deposit which is not collected through Booking.com. And of course, getting your money back in case of cancelling is a headache because most of the above mentioned payments are not collected through Booking.com.
Also entry into the building is difficult, they have a system with a code and a command through the checkin app they use which doesn’t work, so we had to wait for someone to open the door from the inside for us, but if you get at a later hour you might be stuck in front of the building unable to get in.
