Host was responsive and location is useful, but space is shared and needs to improve in cleanliness.

Location and parking were useful. Host was responsive on the booking app. AC in room with a lot of storage and private bathroom.

Cleanliness can improve, space wasn’t ready when arrived and sheets were dirty (blanket had a bandaid stuck to it, sheets were very deteriorated and had hairs stuck on it— host provided a new set of sheets and blanket). Need to include more kitchen utensils and clean drawers (found some illicit items in kitchen drawer). It’s a shared space and that was not described on app. Noise and music from other guests/people at night—host was responsive to lower volume. Overall would recommend to pay for refundable option or be sure you understand it’s a shared space from the get go.

The only reason I scored high is because Mike was an awesome host who really was personable and welcoming. I booked through booking.com and am still yet to hear back about how we didn’t even stay the night there- but left a couple hours after arriving because it did not have the amenities needed… but still open to someone reaching out… hey!

Just the interface with needing customer support and potential refund/cancellation assistance and still being left hanging.
