The view from the balcony, location and its new modern design. The owner is very responsive. He helped me get a taxi to Tirana which was very helpful

Amazing owner. Easy to contact via Whatsapp before and during the stay. He was very friendly and helpful. He did a thorough apartment tour which we appreciated. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. Only a couple of stairs away from the beach, the restaurants and the bars. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony. The cleaning was great. It was really nice to come back to a really clean room after a day at the beach.
No complaints. If the noise or the location bothers you, you should research the city better😁

Very good location, super close to the beach and to markets, restaurants! Clean room and the view is spectacular! Would recommend!
(NOT ABOUT THE FACILITY), just a tip for car drivers) If you have a car with you: Parking is not included, hard to find parking on the street outside the facility, you’ll need to pay some guys who has a parking lot right outside the facility but they scraped our car and refused to pay for it!
