We stayed for three nights, four people in total.
The apartment was clean, and everything necessary was provided. Good Wi-Fi. HOT WATER. (Which, for some reason, seems to be a problem with many booking properties.)
Wonderful view from the terrace. (Although the neighbors can make it impossible to sleep from as early as 7 a.m.)
Most importantly, the €200 deposit was returned!
Overall, considering the price, this is not a bad option for Austria, especially given its convenient location close to many great places. Just keep in mind that the apartment itself is not exactly fresh or modern.
However, some of the light fixtures didn’t work. Most of the furniture was outdated and looked quite worn. There was no air conditioning in the apartment, only fans — and they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in about 10 years (black dust/dirt on the blades and grilles). Luckily, we didn’t need to use them.
When checking in, I recommend taking photos of all the existing issues immediately. In our case, for example, the bathroom bin was broken, and most of the light bulbs were burnt out. The refrigerator was also full of water from the freezer. Document everything on the first day, just to be safe.
The photos showing the hotel’s wonderful facilities with a swimming pool, sauna, and ski storage are misleading. That part of the property is abandoned. However, we weren’t expecting to use those facilities anyway.
The warning about a €600 fine for triggering a false fire alarm from the smoke detector was amusing. The smoke detector is, by the way, located directly above the stove. So it would be very easy to end up with a hefty bill. We decided not to use the stove. Luckily, there is a microwave.
If you’re staying there for a longer period, I recommend discussing the small details with the hosts in advance, because if something comes up during your stay, you won’t necessarily get immediate help — you’ll be communicating with a chatbot.

Die Lage zu den Wanderungen und anderen Aktivitäten war super. Busfahrkarte für den Zeitraum war perfekt. Parkplätze vorhanden und ausreichend. Kontakt per WhatsApp war unkompliziert. Betten bequem und der Balkon ausreichend. Spülmaschine lief super und auch das Kochen mit zwei Herdplatten hat geklappt.
Die Ausstattung der Küche in der Ferienwohnung. Leider hatten wir nur 2 Teller für 4 Personen. Das Besteck hat auch gerade so gereicht. Gerade wenn man hier eine komplette Woche ist und nicht nur auf Durchreise. Die Bilder vom Gebäude könnten auch erneuert werden.
