Everything work properly in this apartment in 100%

It was okay, but wouldn’t visit this place again

It was very spacious, the location is great, right in the city center

Shower was clogged and very small, for such a big apartment the shower room should be a lot more spacious, no place to hang clothes, bathroom had the smell of cigarettes and urine, also, we weren’t informed that there would be construction work upstairs everyday from 7am😤

La struttura è gestita dall'agenzia "Host Help" e l'esperienza è stata pessima a causa di una totale mancanza di organizzazione e comunicazione. Il primo giorno siamo arrivati e non erano presenti le lenzuola e gli asciugamani, servizio che avevamo regolarmente pagato. Siamo riusciti a recuperarli da soli in modo del tutto fortuito; il messaggio dell'host con il codice per sbloccare l'armadietto della biancheria è arrivato solo il pomeriggio del giorno successivo. Inoltre, sia la rete che la password del Wi-Fi che ci sono state comunicate inizialmente erano completamente errate. Il problema più grave si è verificato il secondo giorno: al rientro da un'escursione intorno alle 18:30, la corrente elettrica nell'appartamento era completamente saltata. L'agenzia "Host Help" è risultata totalmente irreperibile e non ha fornito alcun tipo di supporto, lasciandoci al buio e senza servizi per tutta la sera e la notte. Non abbiamo potuto cucinare, abbiamo dovuto buttare del cibo che avevamo acquistato, non abbiamo potuto ricaricare i telefoni né preparare la colazione prima della partenza il mattino seguente. Struttura sconsigliatissima, soprattutto per la gestione e la totale inaffidabilità dell'agenzia partner. Nell'appartamento sono presenti un bagno cieco con doccia ricavato all'interno della sala da pranzo e una piccola toilette con finestra che non si può aprire; nessuna ventola presente.

It was very spacious, the location is great, right in the city center
