Prima huis dat wordt gebruikt als een air B&B, echter zónder ervaring in de hospitality.
Laat dat nu juist míjn vakgebied zijn….
Verhuurder reageert pro-actief, snel en correct.
Ontvangst via sleutel kluis, keurig geïnformeerd.
Het huis is niet schoon en oogt smoezelig.
in een hoekje bij de badkamer lag afval van een stop verwisselen.
In de badkamer was niet duidelijk of de handdoeken schoon waren, die hingen daar in verschillende kleuren.
Wastafel stoffig en vies, een onfrisse badmat ligt slordig op de grond.
De douchekop was stuk, dat wisten we maar zoiets kun je direct vervangen.
Beddengoed besteld en dat lag slordig op bed gesmeten, het was mij niet duidelijk of het schoon of gebruikt was.
we hebben ons eigen beddengoed uit de auto gehaald.
Een doorgezakte bank, een vieze bank aan de andere kant.
Keurige koelkast, in de la wat bestek.
We hadden de keuken niet nodig, heb er verder niet naar gekeken.
Er zijn meerdere slaapkamers, het huis is amper gedecoreerd, slordige niet onderhouden tuin.
Het huis heeft potentie maar er dient wel meer aandacht aan te worden besteed voordat je daar gasten ontvangt.
Sluit kamers die niet nodig zijn af, ik had het gevoel dat ik een pand kraakte.
