The accommodation was well presented, looking identical to the photos. It's clearly been refurbished very recently. We stayed here instead of at a hotel and found downstairs much more comfortable than a hotel room! We arranged for pizza to be delivered and it was great to relax after a hard day of travel and a funeral with the smart TV where we could log into our own streaming services. The kitchen could perhaps do with a few more bits and pieces, eg some smaller drinking glasses for breakfast juice. There are motion sensors on many of the lights which is helpful when moving around the property at night. Helpfully, an onsite parking bay has been created letting you park offstreet. This is a huge advantage given the number of cars in the area.
Moving upstairs, again the rooms are well presented but we weren't particularly taken with the beds. The mattresses were quite bouncy. And as the rooms were quite warm during our stay, we found the microfibre bedding was far too hot as it isn't as breathable as cotton bedding which I usually prefer (but is no doubt easier from the host's perspective).

Every thing was spot on clean well equipped usb ports in kitchen and bedroom so no need to take a charger plug in thought about providing an array of cables just in case you forgot hairdryer in main bedroom
