空間大，可同時攤開三個行李（28、24、20），兩張雙人床讓一家三口睡得很舒適，浴室有乾燥功能，洗好的衣服隔日就乾了。房東（管理者）回覆資訊很快，能馬上解決難題，看到吹風機有燒焦痕跡後立刻聯絡房東，隔日就幫忙更換，真的很棒。
廚房流理台的水龍頭有裂痕，導致一不小心忘記時，水開太大時會水花四射，噴了滿身濕。

The location of the accommodation was great. It was close to the subway station, and there were convenience stores, large supermarkets, and restaurants nearby
The accommodation seems smaller in person than it looks in the photos. The host sent a message with check-in instructions, but since there was no picture of where the key was stored, it took a long time to find it

最讓我滿意的地方是離天下茶屋站非常的近，走路不到3分鐘的路程！離車站不到一分鐘的地方還有大超市，牛丼，王將等等的很不錯的店面。再來就是非常實惠的價格，我們把省下來的錢吃燒肉壽司拉麵都很開心！
不滿意的地方有設備比較舊一點，民宿沒有通風，一開始進去有霉味。
桌子是很高的，椅子只有兩張，無法一家坐在一起吃飯。
