The location was good for us as we had a concert in Victoria Park and it's only about a 20 minute walk to get there. It was clean and I think good value for money considering most apartments would be 300-400. The water pressure in the shower was good. It was warm inside the apartment and they had a big fan for when it got too hot. The host was very friendly and helpful to get us checked in, and we had arrived later than anticipated and they checked to see if everything was okay and if we would arrive soon. Considering previous London accommodations I've been to and the pricing, I'd say this is definitely a good option.
The bed broke on the first night. We had rolled back the covers and sat on it and the leg in the middle buckled. It looked like it was missing a screw. We couldn't use the bed, luckily it was only the two of us so we could use the bed in the living area, but it wasn't the most comfortable with two adults squeezed onto a single day bed, and it was too late at night to consider asking someone to come and fix it. We only stayed for two days so we just stayed in the living room the entire stay. I think if we were to ask they would have came to fix it, just didn't seem necessary as the apartment sleeps 4 so there was another option.

Pieniä epäkohtia:suihkuletku rikki, petauspatja puuttui,jolloin jouset tuntuivat lakanan läpi, pyyheliinojen materiaali ei imenyt kosteutta, keittiön varustukseen voisi hankkia terävämmän veitsen,jolla leikata esim leipää ja vihanneksia.
Etäisyys julkisista liikennevälineistä oli pidempi,kuin olin etukäteen ymmärtänyt.

Location is great, just 7-10 minutes walk to tube and train stations, close to central London, property is clean, well ventilated with all amenities 👍
The mattresses were not at all comfortable , specially the double bed mattress and I also didn’t like the pre check in communication , things were not clear about the check in process and the address, we had keep calling the owner for instructions after reaching the property. Check in information and full address should be available one or two days prior to the date of arrival.

Close to 2 tube stations and Brick Lane, nice they had a lift to get to the 4th floor. Shower pressure good.
Definitely not a 1 bedroom, it was a studio! So, the price was quite high and I was false advertising. The bed felt cheap and spring-y with very synthetic bedding. Trains was close so it was loud. Upcharge for checking it at 1 versus 3 when most flights land much earlier. Found some hairs around. Also, communication about the actual address wasn’t provided until hours before check in. I had to keep emailing.
