Spotless, attractive, good amenities, great neighborhood
Apartment was great. Unfortunately, the only designated parking space was underneath a locust tree.We arrived after sunset, and in the morning we found our car covered with tiny little sticky droplets from the tree. Either the tree needs to be trimmed or the parking space needs to be changed. We had to have a specil chemical wash done in order not to ruin the paint finish on the car. I’m sure it was unintentional, but…

Such a lovely, clean apartment with all the best amenities! Great location!
Entry door doesn’t like to close easily. Had to really make sure it was closed when coming and going. A new door from the building owner would be the best and safest solution.

This Bay View apartment was the best place I stayed during my time in Providence. The professionally designed one-bedroom unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with high-end appliances, furniture, and bedding, offering a level of comfort comparable to a five-star hotel.
The host, Richard, was exceptionally responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests for both an early check-in and a late check-out.
I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

The location was perfect for me and easy to get into the unit. Very clean and well appointed. Would stay again!
The one negative which can’t be controlled was the upstairs neighbor who was awake and noisy at 4 am.
