The location of this apartment is excellent, just a short walk from South Beach and very close to the Old Town. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment were disappointing. When we arrived, the drying rack on the balcony still had some bed linens and also the towels that were supposed to be provided for our use hanging on it. The bathroom, including the toilet, was not properly cleaned. The shower tray was broken, and water leaked underneath every time we took a shower. In addition, there was no toilet paper provided, not even basic paper tissues. The kitchen was also poorly equipped, as there was not even a frying pan available. There was also no trash bin in the apartment.

The location of this apartment is excellent, just a short walk from South Beach and very close to the Old Town. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment were disappointing. When we arrived, the drying rack on the balcony still had some bed linens and also the towels that were supposed to be provided for our use hanging on it. The bathroom, including the toilet, was not properly cleaned. The shower tray was broken, and water leaked underneath every time we took a shower. In addition, there was no toilet paper provided, not even basic paper tissues. The kitchen was also poorly equipped, as there was not even a frying pan available. There was also no trash bin in the apartment.
