Nice apartment, beautiful view, really close to the beach.
Carraro, the management, wasn't able to tell which garage you have to use, and after struggling at least 40 minutes with my family at the basement level, after a long-long trip, they were able to screenshot the garage door number from a "good video", first sent a wrong one. But after parking, a lady just arrived and also wanted to park there, saying she uses it for 1.5 months, so the struggle continued, I had to change parking place, and later back..
Then they weren't able to confirm which flat door is the "D4", no sign was out there, just a name, a name they didn't mention on the paper they gave you, not on the video etc. not even a floor number on the paper, and after a bad long video showing a wrong door, where after trying the keys, the same "garage lady" came out, I didn't want to watch more videos, so started to check the key to every door going up.. It felt like they rented out a different apartment with that apartment's garage.. absolut chaos.
After that, when we tried to go down to the beach, the back door with pin code also didn't work, they just sent the same video, how to use the pin, I also sent back how it didn't work.. Other apartment owners started to use their key, but we didn't have that key.. so we started to jump the fence day by day.. my 65 years old relative had to climb over a fence, really.. It was dangerous and embarassing..
They didn't inform you about which umbrella is yours, didn't give you safe locker bracelet for the umbrella, the internet wifi was too weak, absolutely not working from the bedroom, the toilet in the apartment was running every fourth flush, the apt. don't have oven.
The pool was cold in july, 6 years old was able to swim 5 minutes, then he was shivering. We got a 6-person apartment but only one garage spot, no paying option to have 2. We had to park the 2. car far away in a paid lot. That one garage is really tight.

Die Lage ist phantastisch! Tolle Aussicht, direkt am Strand und zentrumsnah. Check-in und check-out sehr professionell und unproblematisch. Das Personal von Carraro Immobiliare war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage (als eine Garage mut einem Tor davor) war für unser Auto (X5) viel zu klein. Trotz Allradlenkung keine Chance reinzukommen. Die Ausstattung der Küche sollte aufgestockt werden. Kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster etc.
Haartrockner wäre auch nett.
