FALSELY ADVERTISED, FILTHY AND FULL OF MOULD! We refused to stay. Absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT BOOK! And got nothing i

Absolutely nothing. The property was nothing like the photos advertised. We were completely shocked and disgusted by the condition of the villa upon arrival. We refused to stay because of how filthy and poorly maintained it was.

Where do I even begin? This property is completely falsely advertised and looks NOTHING like the beautiful villa shown in the listing photos. There was MOULD on the curtains, walls and ceilings, filthy bathrooms and showers, a dirty swimming pool, damaged ceilings and walls, and doors that did not lock properly, raising serious security concerns. One of the supposed beds was literally just a mattress on the floor! The air conditioning was ineffective, and we were informed the TV wasn’t working either. To make matters worse, there was nobody there to welcome us or check us in. We had to go looking for someone ourselves. When we eventually found the property manager, we couldn’t communicate properly due to the language barrier. The mould was particularly concerning. We were travelling as a family and were not prepared to put our health at risk by sleeping in those conditions. We NEVER actually checked in or stayed a single night because the property was in such an unacceptable condition. This completely disrupted our family holiday, leaving us scrambling to find alternative accommodation. The photos are extremely misleading and do not represent the actual condition of this property. We have photographic evidence of everything. Despite raising these serious issues, obtaining a full refund has been an absolute nightmare. I cannot believe this property is being advertised to paying guests in this condition. I would strongly warn other families to think twice before booking. What was supposed to be a beautiful family holiday turned into an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience.
