Great Location, Minutes away from Pharmacies, Supermarket and the Beach.
Alex was great and very responsive. Instructions to get to the apt was very easy.
Only thing is if you are renting a car, it will be very difficult to find parking space, especially at night. I recommend people to use Bolt (Uber like).

What i liked most about the property is its perfect location.Its very close to the beach, bus station (L1 and L5), train station and two hypermarkets (Supercor and Mercadona). Also the host is amazing and super responsive and the AC is good.
Building gate and apartment door completely digital so in case you lose your mobile, or mobile runs out of battery, you wont be able to access the apartment. Noisy neighbors as the whole building it seems has poor soundproofing in place. I could hear every time, any of the neighbors was watching TV, going to toilet, using the sink etc…. The apartment, sheets, utensils were not clean and smelly, and everyday there was smoke smell (cigarettes) in the bathroom (apparently coming from one of the neighbors through ventilation). Moreover, the setup of the living room is not comfortable.
