Located in central Patong, surrounded by shops, restaurants, coffee shops and other facilities, and just across the road from the beach, with sea views from both bedrooms and their balcony and terrace. The villa is modern, private, immaculately clean and furnished and equipped to luxury hotel standards. An amazing find.
The private entrance is on the ground floor with a smart private lobby area and wood-floored staircase leading to the two floors of accommodation and then to the roof terrace. As an urban villa, there is inevitably some street noise and music from nearby open-air venues at various times.

Excellent location. The villa is luxurious, spacious and beautifully designed. Roof terrace is amazing. Everything was catered for. Housekeeper very helpful. Communication from owner very quick.
