check out time more early，late 2 minutes charge RM 20
if can arrange check out time around 2-3pm more better

First time at Permas area, did not research much but there were so many food stalls and eateries around. On Sunday night, there's also a Pasar Malam (night market). We stayed at the Studio room with a loft area and the kids loved it. Staff was professional and responsive to our needs.
Tissue paper was not refilled, toilet paper was not refilled. However, they were very responsive to our needs and it was supplied quickly. It took quite some time to tidy up the rooms, we were back at 5pm and they were still doing cleaning.

Very Quiet and clean accomodation
Very noisy aircon - please fix it, cant have a good night sleep when the AC keeps making very loud noise every hour.
