Beautiful home in Tolvsrød
Bright rooms, plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere make this holiday home the ideal place for a restful break by the coast. The spacious living and dining area with large windows is perfect for cosy evenings. Outside, you’ll find a well-tended garden, sunny terraces and cosy seating areas where you can relax in the fresh sea air. Enjoy quiet moments in the hammock, long summer evenings outdoors or simply the peaceful atmosphere with birdsong and the sound of the sea.
The holiday home is situated right next to the long, family-friendly beaches of Tønsberg. Here, children can hunt for crabs and play on the beach, whilst the shallow water is perfect for swimming and the coastline is ideal for surfing and other water sports. Nearby is Karlsvika, with its idyllic bathing beach, jetty and beautiful rocks by the water – ideal for a morning swim, a fishing trip or a quiet evening by the sea. Also within easy reach is the popular Ringshaugstranden, one of Vestfold’s best-known sandy beaches, which delights visitors with its shallow waters and excellent conditions for swimming and surfing. In Skallevold, swimming, windsurfing, paddling and fishing are just some of the many activities available along the coast. Those who prefer to explore on foot will find lovely walking trails in Essoskogen. The charming coastal walking trail also runs very close by, leading along the fjord through varied coastal landscapes featuring beaches, cliffs and magnificent viewpoints. Be sure to visit the popular summer towns of Tønsberg, Åsgårdstrand and Horten, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, cultural attractions and lively harbour districts.
