Googleマップでは古い民家でしたが、リノベーションしたオシャレでキレイな一軒家でした。スマートロックの暗証番号を教えていただいて入室するので、夜中のチェックイン＆早朝チェックアウトでの利用にちょうどよかったです。清掃も行き届いており快適に過ごすことが出来ました。洗濯機、乾燥機、冷蔵庫、レンジなど家電も揃っているので連泊にも良さそうです。ユニバまで車で30分かからないので前泊するのに良かったです。

目の前の路地が細い上に路上駐輪が多いので、ワンボックスで入ったら出るのが大変でした。車での利用の際は路地には入らず、すぐ近くにコインパーキングがあるので停めてから歩いた方が良いです。タオルが臭ったので改善されると良いかなと思います。
