Terrible

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The AC did not work despite the temperature being around 30°C outside, and we notified the host immediately. There were also several other issues with the property, including dirty sheets, stained couch, broken faucet, dead bugs — the property was haphazardly cleaned. Initially, the host simply told us to stay without offering any meaningful solution. We were even willing to move to another property so that we could continue our stay with them, but no alternative was provided. After more than an hour of back-and-forth communication, the host eventually told us that we could leave and that we would receive a full refund. We relied on that clear agreement and left the property. However, the following day, the host changed their position and refused to honor what they had explicitly agreed to. Overall, a very stressful experience involving unnecessary hassle. The condition of the property was disappointing, but the way the host handled the situation and then failed to honor the agreed full refund was particularly unprofessional, especially given that we had to find a new property that very night.
