La gentillesse de l' accueil et un échange personnel très sympathique avec l'hôte. Son aide pour trouver un restaurant car nous n'avions pas réservé chez lui, ignorant notre heure d'arrivée, et finalement, faute de disponibilité des restaurants, l'improvisation d'un bon et très copieux pique-nique offert par notre hôte dans le jardin de sa maison. J'ai dû insister pour qu'il accepte 30 euros pour notre dîner improvisé.
La taille des chambres et l'impression d'être chez soi dans sa résidence secondaire
Je ne pense pas qu'il soit possible dans ces lieux de disposer dans chaque chambre d'un WC et d'une salle de bains personnels. C'est le seul inconvénient que nous avons relevé, mon petit-fils et moi. Ceci étant, nous nous sommes très bien entendus avec le couple de la 3ème chambre (la quatrième étant inoccupée) pour nos toilettes respectives.

The location is stunning, the house and property are beautiful and well kept, and the host is welcoming, friendly, and an excellent cook. We really enjoyed our stay in Izaourt and visit to the neighboring village of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges. Alun was a wonderful host, and he prepared a delicious dinner (optional) and breakfast. We slept soundly in a comfy bed and with the soothing sounds of the small river just outside our window. We observed many ducks and a blue heron from the yard. I could not have asked for a more pleasant stay and recommend the property wholeheartedly.

Un hôtel chaleureux et arrangeant dans un lieu paisible. Le lit était merveilleusement confortable. Nous avons passé une excellente nuit.
