Easy access and in good location on the park

The location was great, the road was quiet and out of the way. It had pretty much everything you need. Even a travel hairdryer, airer, iron and ironing board. It was about 15 mins walk from water quays and 20 mins walk from Whitehorse. We had a lovely break away. The pool facilities, arcades, activities and shows were great. If you have young kids they will love it.
The rep was polite enough when you get hold of them but I had to chase for the checkin information as I never received anything 24 hrs before. We booked for a week, then 3 days into our stay we had someone calling us outside, telling us we should have checked out by 10am. Obviously communication wasn't the greatest 🙄. Only major downside was the mattress. You could feel the springs in your back, so we had to layer it with blankets just to help. Then to top it off I had to chase for my deposit back.
