Great location . Communication from host was very exceptional which made the whole process so easy. The apartment is way much better in person than what it looks like in the pictures. It was very clean. Was given more than enough towels , The bed linen was clean and fresh , The bathroom had an xtra touch of feminine products that my partner thought was very considerate of the host .checkout process was simple and my security deposit was returned before 2pm just as the host had said . Would definitely be staying here again and would recommend anyone that is looking to book a home away from home .

Apartment is very clean and kept to a high standard and the host was very attentive to my needs and made sure I settled in well . The communication was great .

The apartment was absolutely beautiful even better in person than the pictures! It was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented and finished to a really high standard. The location was fantastic and incredibly convenient. Check in was effortless, and the host was so helpful and communicative throughout, making the whole stay completely seamless. Everything was thought of, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
Honestly, there was very little not to like. Everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

The location is exceptional and easy to access and get around
Very disappointing stay — I would not recommend this apartment.
The experience was frustrating from the start. The owner was extremely rude and, despite us already paying for the apartment, an extra £100 was taken from us for security deposit which was very disappointing.
We also told the owner our exact arrival time well in advance, yet when we arrived, we were left waiting around 15 minutes before he brought the key. This was completely unnecessary and a very poor way to welcome guests.
The biggest issue was the hot water. There was no reliable hot water unless you somehow manipulated the boiler yourself, and even then, you could be waiting hours before there was enough hot water to have a proper shower. After travelling, the last thing you want is to spend hours trying to get the boiler to work just so you can bathe.
The bed is far too small for two people and was also very uncomfortable. It made sleeping properly difficult. The sofa is extremely creaky and noisy, so even sitting on it produces a lot of annoying noise.
Overall, the apartment was not worth the money or the hassle. Between the rude attitude of the owner, the unnecessary wait for the key, the unreliable hot water, uncomfortable bed and noisy sofa, there were simply too many problems.
I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to others.
