Eine schöne, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht und sehr hilfsbereitem Personal, allerdings mit Verbesser

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wunderschön, und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders positiv fanden wir das Personal: Es war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell reagiert, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben.

Bei der Ausstattung haben uns einige grundlegende Dinge gefehlt, die man normalerweise in einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Außerdem hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts einen Stromausfall. In solchen Situationen wäre es sehr hilfreich, eine Telefonnummer zu haben, unter der man jemanden direkt erreichen kann. Die Kommunikation über Nachrichten hat zwar gut funktioniert, aber bei einem dringenden Problem wie einem Stromausfall wäre eine direkte telefonische Kontaktmöglichkeit besser gewesen.
