We stayed at Holiday House Monnalisa in the middle of August as a group of five and had a wonderful time. One of the absolute highlights is the spectacular sea view—even more beautiful in person.
The building sits high above the coast, offering spectacular views, and the apartment is on the top floor. There is a convenient elevator, which makes access to the apartment very easy.
A major advantage of this property is the private beach area directly below the apartment, reached by stairs. Having such easy access to the sea is a real luxury on the Amalfi Coast and something that is very difficult to find. We loved being able to go down for a swim without having to drive or deal with the crowded public/or paid beach facilities
The location is also excellent. Amalfi is close enough to reach on foot in about 15–20 minutes, yet the apartment is far enough away from the crowds of the center. For us, it was the perfect balance: convenient to Amalfi but peaceful and relaxing.
Parking was arranged at the hotel just across the street, which was very convenient.
The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable, modern, clean, and well maintained, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms—plenty of room for five people. It has a balcony/terrace with beautiful sea views and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine.
Importantly, there is now air-conditioning in every bedroom AND in the living room. Some previous reviews mentioned that there was no A/C in the living room, but this has been updated and a unit has now been installed there. We stayed during the middle of August and found the apartment very comfortable.
Finally, Signora Pina was wonderful—warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay.

Pina was great. She helped us so much. She arranged everything for us, departure , arrival, excursions. The view is amazing.
Two of the bedrooms had A/C but the living room did not so it got warm in the house during the afternoon. Otherwise the view is amazing and Pina is great.
