Seems that it was newly renovated, so its clean and furniture is in good shape. The access to the property is quite easy and contactless.
AC was functioning perfectly! Which is sometimes rare in Germany.
Nicely furnished lobby and hallways.
Being Dubai based, i might be a bit critical but worth mentioning:
-In a full suite, i think a microwave & dishwasher would be nice to have, especially for long stays.
-Some soft tissues would’ve been nice..
The elevator is super slow… in such busy building, its quite annoying. Also smelled bad.
-The lobby is nice and can be used in a better way, maybe a TV, Music box, etc.. can bring it to life.
-I respect the Idea of “non-smoking building”.. but when i rent a suite with a balcony, in my opinion this rule becomes a bit too much and actually discouraging for some people.
-need better 5G coverage in laundry room… it takes a while to activate the machines die to the bad network.

Die Ausstattung der Kitchenette mit Geschirr und Töpfen. Die Matratzen waren gut und es gab ein Bügeleisen sowie eine Wäschespinne.
Sauberkeit im Bad hätte besser sein können. Ebenso der Teppichboden in der Unterkunft und in der Kitchenette (Arbeitsplatte, Tisch). Die Spülmaschine konnte nicht benutzt werde, da Klarspüler und Salz nicht aufgefüllt waren.
