Great location. Super easy walk to the beach, lots of nearby restaurants, and good coffee right around the corner. Recently renovated kitchen that was very well equipped. Sadly, there's really nowhere to eat. There's a small table right at the door, but we used that entrance to hang beach towels because there's nowhere to hang anything.
The floors are amazing... old mosaic tiles that are truly impressive.
The host uses an online check-in service that clearly states it will sell your data. Booking.com even warns about this service. The host said it was required and part of the rental details. It's not. The rental agreement only said an ID was needed for check-in on site.
It's a renovated basement, not a garden apartment. That's fine- not a problem, but be truthful, not fanciful. The upper part of the house is a big party house. Lots of very late-night partying going on. There is NO internet service that reaches the basement apartment, no matter how much the host insisted...we had NONE, zero bars. So be prepared.
