Beautiful and peaceful, the perfect place to relax. We stayed for about a week and would have stayed longer if we could have. The hosts were welcoming, available in case we needed anything and very respectful. The place is idilic, absolute silence at night with a sky full of stars. The day is equally great. There are a few landmarks and sights to visit around the cottage. We even drove into Pau one day and Bordeaux another. We had everything we needed available for cooking and cleaning including basic cooking ingredients like salt, oil, sugar, coffee, etc. they were very kind in having a breakfast assortment of Madeline’s and home made marmalade. The swimming pool was a welcome respite from the warm summer sun. It has been by far one of the best home stays we have had.
