We found the apartment to be in great location , quick 3-4 min to the beach and 15-20 to chania Venetian harbour

Location was perfect and the apartment is brand new (2025). Communiction with owner was easy and generally prompt. Very clean and well maintained.
Messaged the owner and they agree - need clearer instructions re entrance (at rear) and parking position.
If working you need more power points so a power board and extention lead would be handy.
Building had some power issues (notified on arrival) but only an issue for me in my last 15 minutes.
