Stayed for college world series. Further from field than indicated but doable. Biggest con. No elevator so if stairs are an issue that's a no go. Room was king suite. Slept three. Room was huge and well set up

I loved staying here!! It is RIGHT NEXT to the police station of Council Bluffs and walking distance to 3 convenient stores, a Hy-Vee and 2 exits away from Henry Doorly Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens. Clean, quiet and nice staff
