Welcome to the beachfront Seascape Resort Condominiums! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes! This 1st floor unit offers beach views from your private balcony. With king bed in primary bedroom, recessed bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in living room, this unit sleeps 6 guests. Full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils and granite countertops. This unit also has a washer/dryer in the unit for your use. Soak up the sights and sounds from your over-sized balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Cable and Wi-Fi access. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use. Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors. Quick 5-minute drive to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens.

* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.
* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.
* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.
* This unit is located on the first floor (above the parking garage). The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.
* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.
* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way! The beachfront location at Seascape Resort was absolutely perfect, and the balcony was our favorite spot. The ocean view was beautiful morning and night, and there was plenty of room to relax, eat meals, and enjoy the sound of the waves.The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. Having a washer and dryer in the unit made such a huge difference, especially after a beach day with our kids. The beach access easy, the property was well maintained, and we loved the pool! Would absolutely book this condo again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with amazing views!

Best vacation ever! This condo is super cute and just as described. We loved being able to see and hear the waves from the balcony. It is close to all the fun things to do in Galveston. We will definitely be back soon!
