About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this 120 m² house in Bougey for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The house comprises a lovely living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an outdoor area for you to enjoy. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with a dining area and a fireplace
- A fully fitted open-plan kitchen, including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob...
- A separate lounge with a sofa, armchairs and a TV, opening onto the terrace
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- ‘Raconte-moi une histoire’ and ‘La clé des champs’ bedrooms: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- ‘Jacques a dit’ bedroom: with two single beds
- A reading corner with a sofa, an armchair and a bookcase
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- An enclosed garden of 300 m²
- A 50 m² south-west-facing terrace, shaded by a green pergola, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days (table, chairs, armchairs and sun loungers, barbecue)
The house is ideally located in Bougey, a small, quiet country village. A car is essential to fully enjoy the area.
The neighbouring village of Jussey (6 km away) has all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Visit the 17th-century Château de Bougey
- Remains of Cherlieu abbey
- Glassworks still in operation dating back to 1472
- Toy museum with clog making,
- Outdoor activities (canoeing, bike hire in season, hiking)
Transport :
Ideally if you are coming by car, you will be able to park directly in the private car park outside the house (3 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train stations: Vesoul or Culmont-Chalindrey, approximately 40 km away.

- Bed linen and towels included
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- The fireplace is working, wood can be supplied on request for an extra charge (request and payment to be made to the owners on site).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
