The Space:
Watch the beautiful sunrises with a cup of coffee on the beachfront balcony. End your relaxing day with a cocktail and enjoy the view of the moon over the ocean from the balcony. The prime midtown location allows for a short walking distance to Fager's Island, Seacrets, Bad Monkey, Alley Oops Midtown, Johnny's Pizza, Fractured Prune, Dunkin', Candy Kitchen, Nick's Mini Golf, and Odyssea Watersports. A short three-mile drive to Ocean City Boardwalk, eight miles to Ocean Downs Casino, and five miles to shopping at the Outlets Ocean City. The midtown location also allows for quick access to the Route 90 bridge. Extra perks include a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, a large jetted tub, smart TV, and access to a community outdoor pool. THINGS TO KNOW No pets of any kind and no smoking (including vaping), please. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Everything about this place we loved
Would recommend it to anyone.
Had everything you needed, we bought stuff down we thought we would’ve needed, but it was already there very clean. Kitchen was wonderful fans balcony. Everything ! Wood tent again !

We loved this cute, beachy condo on the beach! Clean and nicely decorated. Loved the beach view and close proximity to the beach and restaurants! This was our second visit! We will be back!!

Loved the views and beach. Condo was very pretty, appliances were the only drawback. Stove and microwave are pretty old. So many nice things though it was easy enough to live with. Beautiful bathrooms. Vacasa employees were all helpful.

THE GOOD: Very nicely decorated, great ocean/beachfront view and lifeguard stand in front condo-great for kids, walking distance to stores/restaurants, very reasonable price for 1BD, 1 1/2Bath, 1 pull-out queen sofa and 1 pull-out twin sofa. Quite condo with NO drama. If management had responded to issues this would have been a great stay.
THE BAD:
Lack of response from management. I reported TWICE that door keypad did not work & three of us had to share ONE door key and internet kept dropping every few minutes and I NEEDED internet to work.....no one showed up either time to fix issues. Microwave works but sounds like a car that needs a new exhaust, coffee maker didn't work and water came out the bottom of it, making a huge mess for me to clean up. I didn't report the microwave/coffee maker since no one showed up to fix the door lock or internet. Entry door is very difficult to open/close due to warping and if your hands are full, it's impossible to do.
