Centrally located, you have access to an array of restaurants, shopping, and activities. Walk one block to the boardwalk and the beach, or take a short walk to Jolly Roger Amusement Park for a day of family fun. The Convention Center is just a one-mile drive away for a variety of festivities. Step into a spacious and airy living area that seamlessly flows into the dining and kitchen spaces. Spread out comfortably in the living room, furnished with inviting sofas, a smart TV with FireTV and cable, and a gas fireplace - it's the perfect spot to lounge after a refreshing time in the community outdoor pool. When mealtime comes, prepare delicious homemade treats and beach snacks on the go in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials, including two coffee makers (Keurig and drip). Savor the sights from your own south-facing wrap-around balcony with views of both the ocean and the bay. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, an outdoor shower in the pool area, and a foot shower in the courtyard by the elevator. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming is available using your own accounts. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Clean, well stocked, beautifully furnished and decorated. The only complaint is the neighbors upstairs were loud, moving furniture, running, stomping, well after midnight every night.
