About this house rental
Spend summer days out on Lake Anna at this newly renovated waterfront home, where your grassy lawn rolls down to a private dock, a boat house, and a boat slip on the lakeshore. Take out the two provided paddleboards each morning, add the interchangeable seats to make them kayaks for the afternoon, and teach your kids to fish for largemouth bass, crappie, and striper.
Here on the public side of Lake Anna, you'll be wonderfully close to the boat launch at Christopher Run Campground (less than two miles) and several marinas and restaurants. You're welcome to tie your boat to the dock, which features a slip that's 10 feet by 26 feet in size.
The warmer months are for spending time outdoors, whether you're barbecuing on the back deck or dining on the screened patio with a big game playing on the 65-inch TV. In the evenings, wander across the lawn to roast marshmallows by the fire pit with a view of the lake through the trees.
The single-story interior was entirely renovated in 2023, offering new appliances, new furniture, and central air conditioning throughout. Highlights include an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including an oven with an air fryer), and smart TVs in the living room and two of the three bedrooms.

Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake. This home does not offer access to a community launch for guests with boats. You will have to use a public launch.

We stayed for memorial weekend and even though it rained the whole time, we still had a good time fishing off the dock. Our kids felt “at home” and didn’t want to leave. We are definitely planning on booking this house again in the future. Convenient location off the main road but still a quiet area. Loved the screened in porch, fire pit, and enclosed boat dock! We are already planning our next stay.

This was such a wonderful property in a nice location on the lake. The house has been recently renovated and has modern amenities and decor. A screened in patio to relax on, sprawling property down to the lake and the boathouse including a nice fire pit, and a parking lot that can easily accommodate two vehicles or a vehicle and a small trailer. It's nestled into a corner of the lake so you only have neighbors to one side, and everything was very quiet and peaceful. This was an excellent choice for our weeklong trip to Lake Anna and I would highly recommend it to others.

My family and I will be staying here again! Property was very clean and beautifully updated. Super convenient location! They had everything there you could need! So many utensils and cookware etc. They had plenty of towels and games, even basic seasonings and aluminum foil. This host cares and it shows! Book it! You won’t be disappointed!
