The separate kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, and all the necessary everyday utensils.
The apartment also features a separate bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
The real bonus? A large, pleasant balcony with unobstructed views of Paris, as well as a private and secure parking space—a true asset in this neighborhood. The neighborhood also offers a wide variety of local shops: bakeries, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and other great Parisian spots, all within walking distance.
The closest metro stations are Colonel Fabien (line 2) and Goncourt (line 11)
No parties and non-smoking accommodation
Independent arrival between 4 p.m. and 2 a.m., keys can be collected in a store 5 minutes walk away
