About this house rental
Experience Meredith like a local in this 4-bedroom house. The space features three queen beds and one full bed, comfortably accommodating guests of all kinds. The 2 story house is approximately 1600 sq ft. Three bedrooms a full bath and a sitting area looking out on lake are on the 2nd floor. An open concept kitchen /dining area and living room look out on the lake from the 1st floor that also includes 4th bedroom and 3/4 bathroom. A large sun room is part of the living space where morning coffee or evening views of the beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed. An outdoor detached deck with a dining table overlooks the water. Enjoy a soothing atmosphere where you can relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or gathering with friends, this serene retreat offers a tremendous place to recharge.
The property is located about 3 miles from downtown Meredith in the Cummings Cove area of the lake. Spindle Point and Weirs Beach are visible from the large dock. The dock can comfortably handle a 21 ft boat. The swimming area at the house is great and there is also access to sandy and shallow Hubbard Beach, a 4 minute walk. Quimby Road is a quiet dead end street located in a long established summer residential area. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
