This fully furnished 5-bedroom home offers open living areas, a chef-friendly kitchen, a screened-in patio with hot tub, and a finished basement with movie and game space for relaxing evenings at home.
The layout works well for families, professionals, relocations, insurance housing, and longer work assignments. The primary suite includes a king bed, while the additional bedrooms include queen, full, full, and twin sleeping arrangements. Guests have room to spread out across multiple living areas, a formal dining space, dedicated work-friendly areas, garage and driveway parking, fast WiFi, laundry, and pet-friendly convenience.
Enjoy access to the peaceful Chimney Lakes setting with nearby trails, community amenities, and quick routes to Marietta, East Cobb, Alpharetta, Avalon, Downtown Roswell, and Atlanta. The home is move-in ready and set up for 30+ day furnished stays with utilities and WiFi included.
For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.
Please note that your reservation is pending until the above mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.
For longer stays (30+ days), we may require a background check and signed Lease Agreement.

Our home is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and receives regular preventative pest control. However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
