This was a nice clean room property was taken care of the management of the place greeted you by name. They knew you by name and they would stop and talk to you. It’s centrally located in Hamilton. Very easy to get on the expressway. Go out to Mata Mata or temple view down to the West Coast very very easy to get in and out

The new owners are friendly, welcoming and hardworking!
The motel is old but rooms have been refurnished, ... .new fridge, kitchen appliances, carpet, tv, bed, couch.... and were spacious and comfortable.
Location is great...good restaurant next door, short walk to town, bus route.
Price is very reasonable for what you are getting.. there is even guest laundry with washing and dryer facilities available for $4 per cycle.
