Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire four level home during their stay. This includes five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped chef kitchen, a dining area for ten, a dedicated workspace, and multiple lounge areas including a game room. Outside, you may enjoy the private garden, backyard, and balcony space. Parking is available for several vehicles, including garage access. You are free to utilize all listed amenities, such as the laundry facilities, board games, and outdoor furniture. Please note that the entire property is for your exclusive use, ensuring privacy and comfort for your group throughout your visit.

Bowie Cove is nestled in a peaceful and welcoming residential neighborhood that offers the perfect balance of suburban tranquility and convenient access to regional hubs. You are located just five minutes from Bowie State University, making this an ideal home base for campus visits. For your shopping and dining needs, a variety of local grocery stores, casual eateries, and retail centers are within a five to ten minute drive. The surrounding area is characterized by tree lined streets and quiet parks, providing a serene environment for morning walks or relaxing afternoons. When you are ready for more excitement, the historic charm and waterfront dining of Annapolis are only twenty minutes away, while the world class museums, monuments, and vibrant nightlife of Washington, District of Columbia, are reachable in just twenty five minutes by car. Getting Around:

Getting around is effortless from our location in Bowie. We highly recommend traveling by car to take full advantage of the region, and we provide ample parking for several vehicles, including garage access, right at the house. If you are heading into Washington, District of Columbia, or visiting the historic waterfront of Annapolis, both are easily reachable via major highways in about twenty five and twenty minutes respectively. While the area is best explored by personal vehicle, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for your convenience. Bowie State University is just a five minute drive away for those visiting campus.



Other Things to Note:

Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 11:00. We kindly ask that all guests respect our quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood. This is a strictly non smoking property, and smoking is prohibited inside. Parties and large events are not permitted. If you are traveling with pets, please note that additional charges may apply. We ask that guests properly sort and dispose of trash in the provided bins, with Thursday being our scheduled collection day. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights and climate control when leaving the property. If any issues arise during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.
