Welcome to our cozy ground floor apartment in Guildford, which we have designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. You will find a lovely main bedroom with a king bed to ensure you have a restful sleep. The living room is a versatile space that includes a double bed and a floor mattress, making it easy to accommodate extra guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and all the cookware and dining essentials you might need. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed for accessibility, featuring wide doorways and easy access to the shower and toilet. We invite you to relax and enjoy the fresh air in our private garden and patio area. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we also provide free parking, high speed internet, a laptop friendly workspace, and plenty of family friendly amenities like board games and items for children.

We are delighted to welcome you to Red House flat 3 where you will have exclusive access to our entire ground floor apartment which is fully wheelchair accessible. Your private space includes a comfortable main bedroom with a king size bed and a spacious living area featuring a double bed and a floor mattress. You are welcome to make full use of our well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area, a private bathroom, and a lovely garden with outdoor seating. For your convenience, we provide free parking on the premises, along with laundry facilities, high speed wireless internet, and a dedicated workspace.



The Neighborhood:

You will love staying in the heart of Guildford, where our apartment is just a short walk from the vibrant town center. It is such a wonderful place to explore historic cobbled streets, boutique shops, and a wide variety of charming cafes and restaurants. Guildford Castle and its beautiful grounds are also easily accessible, offering a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll. Whether you are looking to enjoy the local theater scene or take a scenic walk along the River Wey, everything you need is within easy reach, making this the ideal base for your stay.

Getting around is easy and convenient when you stay at Red House. Guildford train station is just a short taxi or bus ride away, offering regular services to London and other destinations. If you are traveling by air, London Heathrow Airport is about an hour away by car or train, and London Gatwick Airport is just a pleasant forty five minute train journey. We are happy to provide free parking on the premises for your convenience. Local bus services also run frequently, making it simple and enjoyable to explore the town center and the beautiful surrounding areas.

We look forward to welcoming you soon. Please note that check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Our ground-floor apartment is fully wheelchair accessible with wide doorways and plenty of space. You will have access to one free parking space. To help keep our home peaceful for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. Please remember that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and we are unable to accommodate pets. We are a family-friendly home and love welcoming children of all ages.



Before Check-In



To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, all guests are required to complete a few steps before check-in. These are completed through the SuiteOp link provided after your booking and are separate from your accommodation payment. All pre-arrival steps must be completed before check-in.

3) Choose your preferred damage protection option



For damage protection, you can choose between: a £500 refundable security deposit (a £500 deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue) OR a non-refundable damage waiver (this is charged at £20 for 1-night stay, £40 for a 2-night stay and a maximum of £45 for stays longer than 2 nights).

We want you to feel right at home during your stay. We offer convenient self check-in, giving you the privacy and flexibility to arrive and settle in at your own pace. IFJ Management is available throughout your stay should you need any assistance.
