The interior of the home:The main house has space for 6 people, and in the cozy annex there are 2 additional sleeping places and a private bathroom - a total of 8 beds divided into 3 double beds and 2 single beds. Here you get a home with a beautiful, open kitchen-dining room in extension of the living room, where the interior is bright and well thought out. The bathrooms are spacious and stylish, and at the entrance there is a practical utility room. Although the house is located in a new housing estate, it is well located with a focus on privacy. Outdoor facilities:The garden and terrace invite you to both relaxation and activity - regardless of the time of day. With several terraces, including a covered part, it is easy to find shelter and sun. There is plenty of space for playing and having fun, and from the house there is a short distance to both the beach, town and shopping - everything is within about one kilometer. Note: Smoking in the house is not allowed, and the house is not rented to youth groups.Important Note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any extras. Final charges will be based on actual consumption and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out. • Lost items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are to be dropped off and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property.
