The space
This spacious three-story riverfront home is designed for families and groups who want room to spread out while still enjoying time together. With multiple living areas, expansive outdoor spaces, and direct access to the Jerico River that leads straight to the ocean, this home is ideal for relaxing coastal stays.

The ground level features a large game and living space perfect for entertaining.

The main floor showcases stunning river views and serves as the heart of the home.
-Living room with comfy seating and TV overlooking the river
-Two dining areas: one seating 8 and another seating 6
-Large, fully stocked chef’s kitchen with everything needed for group meals
-Access to a spacious deck with comfortable seating and beautiful water views
-Bedroom with two full-size beds, each with a trundle (sleeps 4-8)
-Full bathroom with walk-in shower
*Upper Level – Bedrooms & Laundry*
The third floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation.
-King primary suite with sweeping river views, sitting area, fireplace, walk-in closets, soaking tub, and walk-in shower
-Bedroom with a queen bed
-Bedroom with a queen bed
-Full bathroom with tub/shower combo
-Laundry area with washer and dryer

ELEVATOR ACCESS (Important Note)
This home does have an elevator. The elevator is not available for general use. However, elevator access may be arranged in advance for guests with mobility needs. Please reach out before booking if this is required so we can discuss accommodations.

The whole house and outdoor space is for the guests except for the garage which is locked off.
Other things to note
-Pet-Friendly: One well-behaved large dog or up to two smaller dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee. Pets must be disclosed at booking.
-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
-No Parties or Events Without Approval: Parties are not allowed. Events require prior approval and an additional fee.
-Quiet Hours: This home is located in a residential area. Please be respectful of neighboring homes and observe quiet hours, especially in the evenings.

What a fantastic retreat for our family to celebrate a 90th birthday! From the spectacular early morning views through the wall of glass pane windows, to the intricate decorative detail of each room, to the ample (and tranquil) space offered by individual rooms and comfortable common spaces for family gathering, it all combines to form the perfect experience! Our host was also quite attentive and very responsive to any issues that arose during the stay. My entire family looks forward with anticipation to a future stay. Simply amazing!

This was one of the best vacation rentals that I have stayed at!! It was well suited for our large 3 generation group. It was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The large kitchen was a chef’s dream. It was stocked with every amenity you would need for meal prep. All 11 of us were able to sit and eat together. The owners had thought about every need and made sure it was met plus extra . Everyone had a great time with a beautiful view to go with it!
