Romantic, restored 1850's Farmhouse on Wine Trail with a private, covered hot tub and spa retreat inside a quaint 1850's red barn. Great for groups and family gatherings. Idyllic country setting convenient to area attractions. Spacious rooms. Modern updates. Luxurious master bedroom with king bed. Huge updated kitchen dining room combo. Large furnished outdoor terrace, fire pit, outdoor grill and picnic table, large covered front porch, and quaint 1850's red barn. Quaint country setting with privacy. Kayak rentals available. Packages with private wine tours and/or horseback riding. 5 minutes to nearest town. Centrally located to Seneca and Keuka Lake Wine and Beer Trails, and restaurants. A/C, large Smart TV, and WiFi.
