Nestled in Keuka Lake, this attractive house for $353 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Very picturesque, private, hot tub, fire pit, pets, close to wineries and water This is a recently renovated private cottage on 13 mostly wooded acres, and part of our wine country cottage collection at The Savannah House Wine Country Inn & Cottages. The Sunflower cottage is centrally located to wineries, Keuka and Seneca lakes, and other attractions. Tons of sunlight thru the many windows and glass doors. All new beds, furniture, hot tub, and large smart TV with Wifi. Breathtaking setting. Open floor plan with 3 nice sized bedrooms with queen beds, and 2 full modern bathrooms with showers. 3 electric fireplaces. Huge wrap around deck with awesome views. Partial lake view. Only 9 minutes from marina, beach access, and nearest town with several stores, shops, restaurants, and gas stations - plus a movie theater. In one of the most desirable locations in the Finger Lakes In cottage massages, private wine tours, kayak and canoe rentals, motor boats, horseback riding, bike rentals, yoga are all available for the asking, and at various costs. Please contact us for any details. *The default rate is based on 2 guests. There is an extra charge per guest per night after the 2nd guest - max 8 guests (this includes those staying and visiting). *Large parties, events or gatherings are not permitted. *Pets are accepted with a fee, max of 2 pets.

This was the perfect spot to wind down and relax. It is close to the many wonderful vineyards in the area and to hiking and nature. The owners were wonderful to work with.

We had a very nice stay at the vrbo. It was very cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit. We had a small interuption with the wifi, but that was resolved the next day. We liked walking through the wooded areas. Unfortunately, there were many ticks in the overly wooded areas, but we were able to deal with them to get rid of them.

We had a girls weekend, doing some wine tasting on Keuka Lake. Although not on the lake, the house is close to Hammondsport and wineries. We really enjoyed staying here, lots of room for all of us, beds were comfy, and we loved the hot tub! One thing to note, if you’re planning on cooking a meal, it’s better to bring your own pots and pans. The ones in the house are small and very beat up. Only one cutting board too.

Wonderful cottage near wineries, breweries and close to Keuka and Seneca Lakes. Our host suggested great places to visit during our stay snd made the check in process easy. The cottage was clean and cozy.

Cleanliness of property -First outside impression was disappointing, uneven steps,overgrown, in need of some cosmetics and a squirrel or other rodent had been in the breaker box-Not what I expected from the 5 star reviews or a premier host.However, looking back through the photos of the property, other than the lake not being in view - they are accurate, the write up on the listing was not the most accurate but I did receive an email that there were updates made after I spoke to the property owner. The inside was spacious and the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. Lawn furniture in the living room was disappointing but again looking through the photos they are accurate. Check in process was easy and the property owner was communicative with me throughout the stay regarding the concerns and disappointments. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in the area.

Clean, comfortable. relaxed. Hot tub was great. well kept. internet was sketchy and mostly didnt work. No lake view. more of a wooded view 1/8 mile from lake. But if you are visiting wineries its the perfect crash spot. has anout 6 dead trees on properly so could use some outdoor maintenance. unable to check in early but that is stated. inflexible but were left alone.

Clean and comfortable cottage. Somewhat remote feeling, and not very convenient to Corning Museum, which was the focus of our trip - 45 minutes away. Nice outdoor setting with a hot tub. No view of the lake which we (perhaps mistakenly) thought we would have. It is less than a 1/2 mile from the lake.

Great location, very easy to get to Penn Yan, which is a nice little town with decent choices for shopping and dining. Canandaigua was also an easy drive. Hot tub was very relaxing after a long day of hiking. There is a fire bowl, and we enjoyed a fire under beautiful, starlit skies (bring chairs if you want to sit by a fire). Overall an excellent choice! Would definitely recommend it!

Very Serene!
The house was very clean and put together. The host was very accommodating in terms of a "little favor" I had requested upon arrival. Very responsive. The directions we received for check in and check out were clearly defined. This was very helpful!
Hot tub was clean and cozy!
One thing I think would help is, we booked this for the hiking as there was supposed to be hiking trails. We did hike, but we weren't sure where the property lines were and didn't want to trespass. Maybe a map of the property in the description similar to the "lines" to the wineries and breweries. Or, maybe a map emailed after booking with the check in process.
Other than that it was a fabulous get-a-way!

Adorable cottage in secluded setting
We loved the property. Would’ve bought it myself if it were on the market. Hot tub was definitely a nice perk! Some outside lighting near the hot tub would be a suggestion. It looks like there were some flood lights, but they weren’t working.
Thank you for a lovely weekend away. We’ll most likely be back.

Perfect holiday getaway
We had a great Thanksgiving here, it was the perfect size for a getaway. The house is adorable and cozy, fit us all comfortably. It’s close to town if you need anything but still feels secluded and private. The hot tub is a huge bonus! We will definitely stay here again.

We had a long weekend stay with friends and had a wonderful time! Home was extremely clean and very cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub every night. Was super convenient to wineries and would absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay, TICKS!
We enjoyed our stay. We would rent again. We were happy with the size of the house and property. The house was clean. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The beds and linens were comfortable. Please note the following. House Description: The house is 2 bedrooms and 1 open loft. The description in my opinion doesn't make that clear enough. We did not observe a partial lake view from the property. Maybe this changes when the leaves fall. Safety: In walking the perimeter of the property with our dog (we did not stray far from the house, no more than 50-75 feet from the house) we found 3 ticks on our dog on 2 separate occasions and 1 tick imbedded on my upper leg. We are certain this occurred from walking the property as the ticks were jumping on him and found immediately after the walks. Please be careful and check all of your 2 and 4 legged family members for ticks.

We had a great trip to the Finger Lakes. The cottage was well-equipped and met all of our needs. Don't be scared off by some neglect of the exterior because the interior is a gem. Extremely clean and inviting. The owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome. It was spacious and comfortable, with the hot tub being the icing on the cake. We would definitely return or tell others about it. Being gardeners, we would want to tidy up the outside to give it better curb appeal, but that would not stop us from enjoying it again

Perfect for a Kid Free Getaway
This was the perfect house for what I was looking for! My group was 3 different married couples - all of us with kids under 10. This was great for a getaway weekend after leaving the kids with their grandparents.
The biggest selling feature was 3 bedrooms with queen beds - so many rentals have that typical 3rd bedroom filled with a dozen bunk beds.
The house was very clean and spacious, plenty of room for 6 to relax in the living room. Very close to a number of wineries so I definitely recommend a day visiting them and then being able to come back and enjoy the hot tub and grill some dinner.
