Charming, old-fashioned home with views overlooking vineyards. The hot tub and rockers on the porch added to the relaxing atmosphere. It was a great location for exploring the finger lakes area, full of wineries and waterfalls! Kitchen was well stocked and perfect for two people to work together. Please note that one full bath is on the first floor, the second was part of an en-suite on the second floor.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs was delightful. We enjoyed the space and the Hot Tub. It was an ideal location, very close to Penn Yan which has some delightful restaurants. We enjoyed watching the fawns in the back yard. We would gladly stay there again.

This house was perfect for us and convenient to Penn Yan for an event that brought us to the area. Nice setup for having a toddler (had some toys there that kept him entertained because they were “new” to him!) and house was older but really well-kept and had such great countryside views and nice big yard. Hot tub nice to have as well. Owners very responsive to messages and most basic supplies and appliances/utensils were available as needed too.

Only about 1 mile from the state park and 2 from Branchport.
The hosts were most helpful, generous and responsive.
My only suggestion would be a recommendation for all VRBO properties. It would be nice to receive an email about a week in advance indicating what supplies the host will provide and which are the renters' responsibility. That would help with packing.

The property has a great sunset view. The hot tub felt great in the evenings and sitting over top of the Vineyard and USA field made the living room a relaxing space. Would stay here again!

Much needed time alone, and this was the perfect place. Quiet, semi- secluded, beautiful views. Home lacked for nothing, but I wish I had brought binoculars. Hot tub was an added blessing. Will definitely try to come back next year!

It was a rainy week, so we especially appreciated the covered porch. It kept us in touch with the outdoors while staying dry!

We had a great week at The Diamond. There were 6 adults and one 4 year old. We had plenty of room and very much enjoyed the deck, hot tub and the beautiful view. The house is very close to the Keuka State Park and minutes to Penn Yan.
I would highly recommend this place. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Our family of 7 adults had a great stay at the Diamond. A perfect home base for a week in the Finger Lakes region - beautiful views and porches on the property to enjoy the quiet, but also a short drive/walk to swimming at Keuka Lake State Park, ~10 minute drive to downtown Penn Yan for essentials and a central location to many regional activities. House had plenty of room to hang out, eat and sleep. The grill, fire pit and hot tub added even more fun to our stay, and the owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Deep in wine country near Keuka Lake, this home is within minutes of water activities, wineries and the up-and-coming town of Penn Yan. Great place to relax after a busy day. The house is clean, comfortable and has a well appointed kitchen. Julie and Daren are wonderful hosts who were very responsive to our requests. Although all the bedrooms are on the second floor, only one has a bathroom. The second bathroom is located on the first floor. This might be an inconvenience for some. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Diamond in the Bluff to anyone.

We really enjoyed the location and the hot tub. Since the nights were cooler we opened the bedroom windows only to find a lot of dead bugs laying on the sills. Overall, great place! We would definitely consider this property again.

Located in the middle of a vineyard, this rental was perfect for our vacation. We were able to visit all the lakes and visited all the key landmarks in the area. Our days started with coffee and rocking on the front porch. Breakfast was easy with all the things we needed, except food of course. We used the hot tub and picnic table as well.

The house was really lovely and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-looked after it was as well as how well equipped. There was even a lovely gift of pancake mix, syrup and a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge which was a really nice touch. We spent thanksgiving here so we knew that we would be cooking a lot and needing more than the usual kitchen equipment. We found that there was plenty of everything, the kitchen was perfect and we enjoyed probably the best turkey diner we have ever prepared! The hot tub was perfect, we enjoyed the fire and it all just worked out really well for a break from our busy city lives. The only issue we had was the washer door being locked. If we had been there longer it would have been a problem but as it was, it really was fine. I am sure that the owner would have been quick to resolve had it not been for the holidays. Would definitely stay again!

The property was as described with a beautiful view and spotless. A little chilly when we arrived. Turned up the thermostat and the house was very cozy within 15 min.In thinking about how responsive the owners were to our few requests e.g. burner out on grill, I concluded it was more like having a butler than a landlord they were so responsiveHot tub was terrific. Would definitely stay again

The location / view was absolutely breath taking. The ammenties of the house was perfect. In spite of the races being canceled it was still an awesome birthday weekend. The only pitfall was the upstairs bathroom had a bad sewer back up smell but we just kept the shut.Not a problem. Would I recommend this place yes in a ❤ beat

This cozy house in a rural area comes with wide open views of land and sky that are spectacular. It was quiet, peaceful and restorative after what we have collectively gone through due to covid 19. I love the actual rooms in the house, instead of an open floor plan. The LR is comfortable, dr views are spectacular, the kitchen was easy to work in. It is well stocked w good quality dishes, glasses, pots, pans and small appliances. We stayed 11 days so I appreciated the vast amount of grocery storage space in the kitchen. There is a deck on three sides of the house but the covered area w those rockers are the best for morning tea or coffee. The grill is just outside the kitchen and is the most shaded part of the deck. Then there's the back deck w hot tub, such a wonderful seat for viewing extraordinary star shows. The view only gets better by the fire pit. Julie and Daren were a pleasure to work with and they responded immediately to all issues or questions. The only consideration for tall people is the bathroom in the master bedroom. A slanting ceiling feels awkward and I bumped my head a few times. My husband dealt w it by using the full bath on the main floor. There are some other quirky things in the house but somehow these to the charm. I strongly recommend this house if you are seeking solitude as well as access to Penn Yan, a wonderful little town. Absolutely check out the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail. It is a real treasure for walking or biking. Also, for groceries, check out Oak Hill, Morgan's, and Tops. There's a dairy store on 14 a that has some good stuff. It you venture over to Naples, check out Monica's Pies and the Cummings Nature Center. We really wish we could stay longer.

Our memorial day weekend visit what’s the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and have fun as a family. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, grilling, stargazing and riding their bikes on the Keuka Oulrt Trail. We also enjoyed the beautiful views in all directions! thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

My husband and me, along with our 2 daughters and 1 son-in-law stayed a week vacationing and having our whole family (2 brothers and their families) get-together which is an annual event. Both brothers have their own cottages so we enjoyed water sports at their places. We really liked this place -- looking over a vineyard was so neat. The place was exceptionally clean, linens/towels were provided and a bottle of their very own wine was on the counter waiting for us! Any time I talked with the owner(s) she was so sweet and accommodating. I certainly recommend 'Diamond Inn The Bluff' to anyone wanting a nice get-away!!!

We all really enjoyed our visit. Home was beautiful, clean and the view was wonderful. Fire pit and hot tub were a bonus. Home had everything you could ask for. We will definitely be returning.

Great property with a wonderful view. We had a great time even though Keuka Park's beach was disgusting and not swimmable. The house had plenty of room and the deck was gorgeous. Spent a lot of time reading out there. The hot tub was nice but we had a hard time managing the levels of the tub, would have appreciated some more information on how to handle that. Kitchen was very nice and stocked with all the supplies we could need. The internet was lousy and could not get a steady connection. That, however, does not stop me from recommending this location. Great views, great space, and a nice place to relax.

Beautiful property and easy to get to. We noticed a deer along the forest line near the vineyard as we pulled into the driveway on the first afternoon.
Was the perfect location for a lunch gathering of friends and family after a family funeral. Plenty of parking and space for visitors, whether it rained or not. We noticed a doe hiding her fawn near one of the trees on the property. What a great experience for the kid that were visiting!
When we returned here after dark one evening of our stay, there wasn't a star in the night's sky that we couldn't see!
Will look to rent this place again when visiting Penn Yan!

Beautiful property with a small vineyard in the back and a fantastic view. Far enough out to actually see the night sky. The owners ensured the house was clean and organized before we arrived and left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy over the weekend. The hot tub was spacious and clean and the porch is perfect for morning coffee and a soak. We would re-book without a doubt.

We spent two nights in this lovely house. The location is great, next to the state park and Keuka lake, with a small vineyard right next to the house. The owners take great care of the house. Everything was in good working order, many of the appliances were modern. The hot tub on the deck was a great way to relax in the evening. Rooms and kitchen are clean are nice. One of the showers is a bit outdated but works just fine.
Overall, it is a great place for a very reasonable price. Will note to come back if we are in the Finger Lakes region again.
