THE LODGE 

The lodge is booked out by one group at a time.  The accommodation includes 4 double bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms in the house; and 6 x chalets and 2 x bathroom chalets.  It also has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and family/meeting room.

We are residing on a neighbouring site, therefore close at hand if need, otherwise our guests can be assured that their privacy is maintained and respected at all times. 

HOUSE RULES

- No parties permitted. We must comply with the noise restrictions within the bylaws of the District Plan, therefore music/noise must be reduced after 10pm to appropriate levels.

- Children must be supervised by an adult, who will be responsible for their behaviour and safety. There are other adjoining areas, such as the Duck Pond and Glass Houses, which although are separate and fenced off, these remain potential hazards.

- Should guests wish to explore the entire complex and view the ducks, chickens and kunekune pigs, this can be arranged, however accompanying children must be strictly supervised at all times.

IMPORTANT:

Guests will be liable for any missing equipment or any damage caused by them, or any associated visitors.
