The Space:

This 5 bedroom home has a long driveway, large open entry with the King master en suite off the main living area. This bedroom has a fireplace, large windows overlooking the stunning view. The living room has a fire place and massive surrounding windows opening to the pool and lake. The second bedroom off the entry has 1 queen bed and a king bed and a twin pullout sleeper with an ensuite full bathroom. Off the main fully stocked kitchen you will find a large dining table with windows offering views of the water. Downstairs you will find another living area with 2 pullout queen sleepers and 3 more bedrooms, laundry and outdoor patios. The first bedroom downstairs offers is a king ensuite complimented by 2 more bedrooms. The third king bedroom parallels a twin bunk room with a total of 4 twin beds. You will find an additional twin bed in the closet of the king bedroom downstairs to use at your pleasure.

With plenty of outdoor areas you can choose screened in porches, regular porches and then the pool area has plenty of seating, loungers, tables, and more. The dock offers a slip and plenty of swim platform seating and a table.



House Rules & Booking Policies



🚭 Strict No-Smoking & No-Vaping Policy

This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free vacation rental. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and tobacco products are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, outdoor areas, decks, patios, pool area, gazebo, and driveway. A $250 violation fee will apply if smoking-related evidence is found, including cigarette butts, smoke odor, residue, or other remnants.



🎉 No Parties or Events

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the property, neighbors, and community during your stay.



🐾 Strict No-Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted on the property. If you are traveling with a service animal, required documentation must be provided and approved before your stay. A $250 additional fee will apply if there is evidence of an unauthorized pet on the property.



👤 Minimum Age Requirement

The primary guest booking the property must be at least 25 years old.



📄 Rental Agreement & Check-In Information

After booking, the primary guest will receive a text message with a link to the rental agreement. The agreement must be completed before check-in information can be provided. If the required agreement is not completed at least 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation without a refund.



🏡 HOA & Community Rules

Guests are required to follow all applicable HOA and community rules throughout their stay. Any HOA violation that results in a fine will be passed directly on to the guest responsible. By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these house rules and accept responsibility for any applicable fines or violation fees incurred during your stay.

The driveway is steep, there is ample flat parking when you reach the bottom but it does have a steep driveway when you arrive as it allows for less steps to access the water and pool areas.
